Error Code Description Solution
F1 or F2 Indicates a problem with the thermostat. We recommend you book a repair.
F3, F4 or F5 Indicates a problem with a defective temperature sensor. We recommend you book a repair.
F6 or F7 Indicates a problem with the temperature within the fridge or freezer. 1. Check whether the power supply to the product has been cut off.

The freezer compartment is not cold enough.

Set the freezer temperature to a colder value or set Super Freeze. This should remove the error code once the required temperature has been reached. Keep doors closed to improve the time taken to reach the correct temperature.

Remove any products which have thawed/defrosted during this error. They can be used within a short period of time.

Do not add any fresh produce to the freezer compartment until the correct temperature has been reached and the error is no longer showing.

The temperature inside the fridge is lower than 0°C

Check whether the appliance is cooling correctly.

Measure the temperature with a thermometer in a glass of water placed inside the fridge. If the temperature is between +4 to +5°C, the fridge is working correctly.

Please note that cheaper thermometers may show variations of ±1–2°C or more.

Adjust the temperature by turning the temperature regulator or via the control panel.

If this error still continues, we recommend you book a repair.

“0” or “square” is flashing on the display Indicates a problem with the sensor of your appliance. We recommend you book a repair.
ER CE Indicates defective wiring – electric noise. (French door fridge-freezer). Restart the connection to Wi-Fi.

Wiring might be damaged if the door has been removed. We recommend you book a repair.

HI The message HI (high-temperature alarm) is visible on the refrigerator compartment display or the freezer compartment display.

The appliance emits an alarm sound every 10 seconds.

1. Check if a Door Open alert is active or has it been active recently. Avoid leaving the door open for a long time.

2. Has a power failure occurred for a long time? Please note if this unit connected to the internet only recently.

3. Have you recently loaded a lot of food in the compartment?

4. Press any key on the UI and the display shows the highest temperature reached for 10 seconds, then the set temperature.

5. We recommend you book a repair if the high-temperature condition has not improved after 60 minutes

E01, E02, E03, E06, E07 Indicates a sensor warning. We recommend you book a repair.
E08 Low voltage warning. Error code E08 indicates that the power supply to the appliance has dropped to below 170 V.

This is not an appliance failure, this error helps to prevent damages to the compressor.

The voltage needs to be increased back to required levels.

E10 The fridge compartment is not cold enough.

Error code E10 is likely to occur after a long term power failure, or when hot food has been left in the fridge.

Set the fridge temperature to a colder value or set Super Cool. This should remove the error code once the required temperature has been reached. Keep doors closed to improve the time taken to reach the correct temperature.

Empty the location at the front area of air duct channel holes and avoid putting food close to the sensor.

E11 The fridge compartment is too cold. Check if Super Cool mode is activated.
